Reviews

Kind words from families and case managers.

★★★★★
The caregivers show up on time, every single time — and my mom lights up when they walk in. After two other agencies, that reliability means everything.

They respond fast, they're honest about what they can staff, and they actually follow the plan. My referrals are in good hands.

Goodtimes helped my brother land his first real job, and his coach still checks in every week. He's proud of himself — we all are.

About Goodtimes

Small enough to know every person by name.

Goodtimes Home Care was founded on a simple belief: senior adults and people with disabilities deserve support that honors their choices, their culture, and their idea of a good life. We keep our caseloads small, our communication direct, and our promises kept.

  • Dignity first

Support follows the person’s choices — their schedule, their culture, their goals. Always.

  • Show up, every time

Reliability is the whole job: filled shifts, on-time starts, and honest communication with the whole team.

  • Belonging over placement

Success is a full life in community — work, friendships, faith, fun — not just a schedule and a plan.

Getting started

From first call to first shift, in four steps.

Case managers, families, and individuals can all start a referral. We keep the process quick, honest, and person-centered from the first phone call.

Reach out

Call, text, or send the referral form. A caring team member responds within one business day.

Meet & confirm fit

We meet the person and their team, review needs and funding, and are honest about whether we're the right provider.

Plan together

Person-centered planning with the individual, their family, and their case manager shapes the support plan before services start.

Services begin

We match staff thoughtfully, start services, and review progress with the team on a regular schedule.

Our staff are ready before day one. Every caregiver is background-checked through the Minnesota Department of Human Services and completes 245D orientation and training — including first aid, medication support, and person-centered practices — before working independently.

Whenever you’re ready, we’re here.

Send a referral in two minutes, or simply call to talk — a caring team member replies within one business day, with honest, gentle answers about fit, funding, and timelines.
